Career Outreach, Workforce Development & Executive Search Associate (Remote)
Program Overview
This position is 100% remote with applies hands-on experience in workforce development, business development, digital marketing, professional networking, and executive search operations.
Fellows will support two divisions:
- ManifestYourCareer.club – Career workshops serving professionals seeking career growth, leadership advancement, or transition support.
- ExecSearchPros.com – Executive search and talent acquisition services supporting universities, corporations, and leadership teams.
Participants gain structured mentorship, real-world outreach experience, CRM training, AI-enabled tools exposure, and strategic workforce insights. This program is designed for service members pursuing careers in business development, human resources, recruiting, executive search, workforce development, marketing, or leadership roles.
- Duration: 151–180 days.
- Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Delivery Method: 100% Remote.
- Supervision: Structured Virtual Supervision & Mentorship.
Position Summary
In this role, you will actively build professional connections, promote career development workshops, and support executive search projects that help organizations hire top leadership talent. You will learn how civilian hiring really works — from business development outreach to executive recruitment strategy — while gaining hands-on experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, AI tools, and virtual engagement platforms.
You will help grow workshop enrollment, connect with professionals navigating career transitions, assist with executive candidate research, and support live virtual events. Throughout the program, you will receive structured mentorship and practical training designed to strengthen your communication skills, networking confidence, and understanding of the civilian job market.
This position is intentionally designed to give transitioning service members real-world exposure to workforce development, recruiting, and business growth operations while building highly marketable civilian career skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Workforce Development & Career Workshop Division (ManifestYourCareer.club)
• Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn, Outlook email, CRM platforms, Social Media, Phone, and SMS communications.
• Identify and connect with professionals in career transition or seeking advancement.
• Promote career workshops and professional development events.
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities in CRM systems.
• Conduct professional follow-up calls and relationship-building conversations.
• Support live Zoom workshops in a co-pilot role (chat moderation, Q&A support, attendance tracking).
• Assist in refining outreach messaging and engagement strategies.
• Participate in weekly planning sessions and submit written status reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing, enrollment, and program delivery.
• Assist in developing future training modules and mentoring incoming fellows.

• Conduct new client and candidate sourcing research using LinkedIn and specialized databases.
• Assist in identifying executive-level talent across industries (higher education, corporate, nonprofit).
• Draft and refine candidate outreach messages.
• Track candidate pipelines within CRM systems.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars.
• Participate in search strategy meetings and client briefing discussions.
• Assist with market mapping and talent intelligence research.
• Conduct professional follow-up with executive candidates.
• Support development of position descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
• Contribute to competitive analysis and industry research.
• Assist with executive search reporting documentation.
