Fellows will support various divisions:
- ManifestYourCareer.club – Career workshops for growth, leadership, and transition support.
- Arista Outplacement – AI-driven outplacement, coaching, and layoff transition support.
- ExecSearchPros.com – Executive search for universities, corporations, and leadership teams.
- Arista Companies General Operations – Analysis, Projects, Auditing, Reporting, and Documentation.
Participants gain structured mentorship, real-world outreach experience, CRM training, AI-enabled tools exposure, and strategic workforce insights. This program is designed for service members pursuing careers in business development, human resources, recruiting, executive search, workforce development, marketing, or leadership roles.
- Duration: 30–180 days.
- Minimum Commitment: 40 hours per week.
- Delivery Method: 100% Remote.
- Supervision: Structured Virtual Supervision & Mentorship.

- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and CapCut, plus SEO, analytics, and email campaigns.
- Build skills in prompt engineering, branding, copywriting, video, and community management, and leave with a real portfolio.

Sales & Community Manager: Manifest Your Career Club
- Manifest Your Career Club seeks a transitioning Service Member for a DoD SkillBridge internship in sales and community management. No experience needed; training provided.
- Engage prospects by email, phone, text, and social media, run discovery calls, nurture leads, and onboard new members.
- Manage the online community, respond to comments and messages, support live webinars and virtual events, and keep records current in the CRM.
- Build skills in sales, customer success, CRM management, public speaking, and event coordination using LinkedIn, Zoom, Canva, and ChatGPT.

Sales Outreach Specialist
- Arista Outplacement seeks a transitioning Service Member for a DoD SkillBridge internship in sales outreach and business development. No sales experience needed; training provided.
- Research prospective employers and decision makers, then conduct outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule discovery meetings and presentations.
- Build prospect lists, track follow ups, maintain CRM records, and assist with proposals, client presentations, and lead generation campaigns.
- Build skills in prospecting, networking, negotiation, and CRM management using LinkedIn, Zoom, Calendly, Canva, and ChatGPT.

Tax Researcher
- Arista Outplacement seeks a detail-oriented transitioning Service Member for a DoD SkillBridge fellowship in tax research. No prior tax experience needed; mentorship and coaching provided.
- Research federal, state, and local tax laws using authoritative sources, and review IRS publications, regulations, and legislative updates.
- Prepare concise research summaries and professional reports, organize digital research files, and assist with nonprofit compliance projects.
- Build skills in tax research methodology, regulatory compliance, report writing, and AI research tools using Microsoft 365, Excel, IRS and state resources, Zoom, and Teams.
- 30 to 180 days, full-time, remote. Stay on Active Duty with full military pay and benefits.
Video Specialist
- Manifest Your Career Club and Arista Outplacement seek a creative transitioning Service Member for a DoD SkillBridge fellowship in video production. Prior editing experience helpful but not required; mentorship provided.
- Plan, script, and storyboard video content, then edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and websites with captions, graphics, transitions, music, and B-roll.
- Use AI tools to generate voiceovers, avatars, and creative assets, optimize videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and keep branding consistent.
- Build skills in visual storytelling, social media video marketing, video analytics, and brand management using CapCut, Lumen5, Canva, Envato, YouTube Studio, and Microsoft 365.

Recruiter
- AristaHire Executive Search seeks a motivated transitioning Service Member for a DoD SkillBridge fellowship in executive search and talent acquisition. No prior recruiting experience needed; mentorship and weekly coaching provided.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking, then review resumes and evaluate qualifications.
- Conduct outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and text, schedule interviews, maintain ATS and CRM databases, and support executive search engagements through placement.
- Build skills in candidate sourcing, behavioral interviewing, resume evaluation, recruiting analytics, and AI recruiting tools using Microsoft 365, Excel, Zoom, and Teams.
